Before remote working became a necessity, when we started Digital Trails in 2018, we were already quite fed-up with long, expensive commutes on jam-packed London trains.
We could execute our work from wherever we were, we just needed high-speed wi-fi and a laptop. Some of our most talented colleagues felt the same: their families or spouses were in other parts of the country or in other countries altogether, yet flexible working for agency staff wasn’t the rule. It still often isn’t today.
We don’t offer free fruit or think that the office pool table will make you want to work with us.
Nor do we want to keep you in the office on a Friday afternoon, forcing you to share a beer with Luke from finance (you might have better things to do).
When we catch up for a beer, we do it somewhere very cool and make it count (see us down below for our annual reunion in Timisoara last November!).
That’s why Digital Trails started with a work-from-anywhere policy.
Our team can be home based, all the time.
Or Greece based.
Or ‘’Their-parents’-place-before-Christmas’’ based.
